It was announced Friday that Professional Advantage is once again taking full control of Collections Management for Microsoft Dynamics® GP from Microsoft, and we have been showing some customerswhat that means in terms of changes to the product.
It all came full circle as we were able to demonstrate Collections Management to one of our very first collections and staffing software customers – a large staffing company. They have over 12,000 contract employees working for them at any one time, and place 15,000 people in new jobs every year. They also pay people weekly – if you are cutting checks for 12,000 people every week you need to make sure you have collected the money you need to pay them!
And the feedback was… “Fantastic”.
What made it all the more enjoyable was that this particular customer really knows what they want. With the weekly volume of timesheets and other data they have to process inefficient systems don’t cut it. If they didn’t like any part of the product we would have certainly heard about it.
The Collection Plans to automatically suggest the next action, new options for quick emails with attached invoices, emailed aging reports will drill down to the actual invoice PDF were all big hits. Click here for additional new functionality to the product, and to check out some quick videos.
I can’t wait until June 1st when we can ship our latest version of Collections Management to everyone.
