Microsoft to Discontinue Collections Management under SPLA – February 1st, 2014
On June 1st, 2013, after a successful 12 year licensing relationship, Collections Management for Microsoft Dynamics® GP was transitioned from Microsoft back to the original ISV, Professional Advantage (PA), and all associated SKUs were removed from all versions of the Microsoft Dynamics® GP Price List. The product, however, remained active under the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA). Click here for more info on the June, 2013 transition.
Beginning February 1st, 2014 Microsoft will be discontinuing Collections Management under Microsoft Dynamics® GP SPLA. Professional Advantage will be issuing SPLA providers an updated version of Collections Management with product registration keys.
Professional Advantage is also excited to announce that it will be issuing a free trial subscription of the newest version of Collections Management for ALL Microsoft Dynamics® GP SPLA customers through April 1st, 2014. (Click here it see What’s New).
On April 1st, 2014, any customers using or interested in using Collections Management can take up a quarterly subscription plan through their partner.
PA will continue to work with the Microsoft Dynamics® GP partner channel for supporting Collections Management SPLA customers.
If you are currently using Collections Management functionality under Microsoft SPLA, please contact your VAR or SPLA provider for more details.
